Employer set-up
Your organisation becomes a SmartHealth™ user, with support from Vista Health to prepare for launch.

Employee communications
Employees receive clear launch communications and a link to access the SmartHealth™ platform.

Browse and select
Employees can view eligible scans and health assessments, compare costs and select the option that suits their needs.

Approval and confirmation
The employee submits an approval request. Once approved by the employer, they receive confirmation by email.

Booking and payroll deduction
Vista Health contacts the employee to book their appointment. Salary deductions are then taken from the following payday.
